How to Search our Catalog
Editions Limited is proud to offer its entire catalog online. If you are looking for a specific product and know the product code, artist or title, you can enter that information in the Quick Search box, located on the top left of each page.

Or you can search our entire 2500-plus image poster catalog by choosing among several parameters, including subject matter, artist, color scheme, style, size, keyword, format, publication type, price range and bestseller status.

To search our online catalog, we recommend you start on our Full Search page and select as few or as many parameters as you like. The more parameters you select, the narrower the search results.

You can purchase our full catalog featuring more than 2500 exclusive and distributed images for $45 or the Editions Limited Publications Catalog featuring only images published by Editions Limited for $20.

How to Register for an Online "MyEditions" Account
To register for an online MyEditions Account, you must be an existing Editions Limited customer in good standing. Existing customers can register online. New customers must first fill out either our online credit application or our Credit Application PDF.

An online MyEditions account will give you the ability to place orders online, view previous orders and invoices, check inventory availability, access your account history & status, select shipping options and track orders.

How to login to "MyEditions" Account
You must first register for a MyEditions account before you can login. Once you have registered, you receive an e-mail with your password. Your "User ID" is your Editions Limited customer number. On the top menu bar of any page of this Web site, hold your cursor over Account Login and select Login. On the login page, enter your User ID and password and then click the "Log On" button.

How to Shop/Place Orders Online
To place an online order, you must first be logged in to MyEditions online. Login to MyEditions from the Account Login page. From the Main Menu, select "Start Shopping." This will take you to a shopping "home page," where you can choose to search the catalog by a number of parameters (see How to Search Catalog above), or browse by category. You can also do quick searches if you have the product code. When you see the image you want to buy, click on the image. Then enter the quantity you would like to buy and click the "Buy Now" button. To view images in your shopping cart, click the "View Shopping Cart" button. When finished shopping, follow the instructions to Check Out. For more help with online shopping, click here.

How to Place a Quick Order
To place a quick order, you need to know the product codes and quantities you wish to order. Login to MyEditions online from the Account Login page. From the Main Menu, select Quick Order. Enter the product code and quantity of each item you want to order. When finished entering products, click Buy Now to add the items to your shopping cart. The cart will bring up descriptions of each item and but will not check availability. You can use the Check Inventory feature to check availability before using the quick order form. You can also click "Lookup Prices" to see descriptions before buying. Follow instructions to check out from your shopping cart. If you are ordering more than 25 line items, click on the Buy Now button to add these items to the shopping cart. Once at the cart, you may click on the Quick Order form link to go back to the form to add more items. You may repeat the process as many times as necessary.

How to View Open Orders
Open orders are orders that have been placed, but not yet shipped. To view previous orders, you must first login to MyEditions online. From the Main Menu, select "View Open Orders." To see a detailed description of products ordered, click on the order number (if there are more than one) and select View Details on the order screen. From this detailed order screen, you may add items from a previous order to a new or current shopping cart.

How to View Previous Orders
Previous orders are orders that have already been shipped. To view previous orders, you must first login to MyEditions online. From the Main Menu, select "View Previous Orders." To see a detailed description of products ordered, click on the order number and select View Details on the order screen. From this detailed order screen, you may add items from a previous order to a new or current shopping cart.

How to Check Inventory
Login to MyEditions online and select "Check Inventory" from the Main Menu. Simply enter a quantity and a product code and the database will click the "Check Availability" button. If the items are available, you will be given the option to add them to your shopping cart.

How to View Invoices
Login to MyEditions online and select "View Invoices/Track Orders." Select an invoice to view. To search for a particular invoices, click the Options button. To track shipping, click the bottom right "tracking number" on the invoice screen.

How to Track Orders
Login to MyEditions online and select "View Invoices/Track Orders." Select an invoice to view. On the invoice screen, click the bottom right "tracking number" to track a shipment. A new browser window will open with your orderšs shipping status.

How to Update Your Customer Profile
Login to MyEditions Online and select "Update Profile" from the Main Menu. Change the fields that you desire and click the "Submit" button.

Note: You can update existing customer information if your user ID has supervisory rights, otherwise, you can only view customer information.

After entering the appropriate fields (if your user ID has supervisor rights), click Submit to submit changes to customer information. A message displays acknowledging the submission.

How to Log Off
If you are logged in to MyEditions online and you would like to log off, go to the MyEditions Main Menu and select "Log Off." Click the "Log Off" button.
